Shona Marsh presents silver tableware around the theme of eating and dining, from brunch to the most formal of dining occasion. Her works re?ects her no fuss approach to life and design. Inspiration comes from geometry and balance, each piece is carefully considered and thought out through drawing and modelling. Using a variety of traditional silversmithing techniques such as spinning, raising and forging she also utilises new technologies such as CAD and Laser cutting to enable her designs. Shona’s stand out feature is her use of silver inlay into wood to create striking patterns and design details. Shona has completed several significant commissions, from a centrepiece for the Royal Engineers to a Papal Cross for Pope Benedict XVI.
